Be a major part of TAHPERD and help give back to our AMAZING TAHPERD teachers that give their time to present at the TAHPERD 40th Annual Summer Conference. By sponsoring a teacher, these funds will go directly into a drawing for teacher/presenters for the TAHPERD 40th Annual Summer Conference to get a complimentary registration!

Our goal is to eventually have ALL presenters receive sponsored registrations AND you can help us get there!

$150 covers 1 teacher's registration. Every little bit helps and is appreciated!

Prospective Annual Convention Exhibitors:

  • Online Booth Reservations- NOW OPEN
  • Annual Convention- Exhibitor Showcase Proposals-NOW OPEN-DUE by May 1st

    Here’s how it will work….

    1) Access the Portal

    2) Login using your TAHPERD Exhibitor Portal username & password. 

    If you haven't created a TAHPERD Exhibitor Portal Account, you will need to do that FIRST.  

    Please contact services@tahperd.org to create your account.

    3) Click on Program Proposal Submission.

    4) Follow the menu prompts.

    5) Submit your proposal before May 1, 2024.
