Hotel Information

Conference Location – Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center

Single/King Bed – (1-2) people: $124.00

Double/Queen Beds – (1-4) people: $124.00

Hotel Occupancy Tax is currently 13%

Embassy Suites will continue to sell rooms in the TAHPERD block IF they are available.  The hotel is NOT contractually obligated to honor the TAHPERD group rate after the June 21st cut-off date.

Starting June 20th, a TAHPERD Member that is registered or registers for the 40th Annual Summer Conference may bring up to 2 friends at the early bird registration price and they do not have to be a member or purchase a membership!


You read that correctly – they do not have to be a member! We want you to Pass It On to your friends and have a blast learning together. Oh, and one last goodie - the TAHPERD member that “Brings a Friend” will get 20% off their next membership renewal AND be entered into a drawing for a TAHPERD Event Package which includes registration to 2025 Summer Conference or 2025 Annual Convention, 3 nights hotel, and a TAHPERD Event Shirt!

HOW do you Pass It On? The TAHPERD member needs to register for Summer Conference and then email services@tahperd.org with the name(s) of the individual(s) and their email address(es) that would like to attend as their TAHPERD Friend.
