You can also view the Live Floor Plan by clicking on the View Interactive Floor Plan button which will display the floor plan of the exhibition along with details of stands that are currently booked. If you are interested in booking a stand please click on the 'Create New Booking' button to create a new account. If you already have an account and would like to view or modify your booking, please sign in to your existing booking below using your account email address and password below.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve booth space(s) for the 2025 Convention. Credit cards will be debited for full booth payment unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is due September 1, 2025. Contracts submitted after September 1, 2025 must be accompanied by full payment for your application to be processed. 

Non-Profits & Universities: Please complete the booking process and pay the deposit to hold your spot. Please email britt@tahperd.org to complete your reservation with the discount.
