TAHPERD asks all attendees to make their reservations at this designated Conference Hotel if rooms are available. Our use of the meeting space, conference facilities, and services is dependent upon rooms utilized by our attendees. When our room block commitments are not fulfilled, TAHPERD is contractually obligated to pay financial penalties to our hotels.

Hotel Taxes:

Hotel Occupancy Tax – 17%

Group Resort Fees:
Cabana Rooms – $15.00 per day

Condominiums – $35.00 per day

Hotel Parking: Self-parking is Complimentary.

Hotel State Tax Exemption: Individuals who are tax-exempt must inquire with the hotel regarding procedures for managing tax-exempt guests.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to date of arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.

Room Block Cut-Off Date: A block of rooms has been reserved at this hotel over the SEA Summit dates. The group rate will be available until the cut-off date of May 22, 2026, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after May 22, 2026, or the group block is sold out will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. The hotel is NOT contractually obligated to provide the group rate after the cut-off date.

Paying by School Check: If paying with a school check, the hotel requires all checks MUST be RECEIVED 10 business days prior to the check-in date.
