Healthy Zone School Program Coordinator

Description: The Cooper Institute Youth Initiatives Division will have an opening in late spring for a Healthy Zone School Program Coordinator. This position will assist the Associate Director of Youth Initiatives – Healthy Zone, and work secondarily on other Youth Initiatives projects as directed by the Associate Director.

Requirements: Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in health-related field. One or more years of experience teaching or supervising Physical Education or equivalent is preferred. Experience using the FITNESSGRAM software application is a plus.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Strong, professional oral communication skills are required, in addition to the ability to write reports, newsletters, and draft business correspondence.
