Hotel Information
TAHPERD asks all attendees to make your reservations at these designated Conference Hotels as long as rooms are available. Our use of the meeting space and conference facilities and services is dependent upon rooms utilized by our attendees. When our room block commitments are not fulfilled, TAHPERD is contractually obligated to pay financial penalties to our hotels.

TAHPERD has reserved rooms for conference attendees at the following hotels. You must identify yourself as Texas Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance when making your reservations to receive the following conference rates:

Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 12:00 pm (Hotel occupancy tax is currently 13%) Present tax-exempt forms from your school upon arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or by first night room deposit. All reservations must be made by 4:00 pm on the cut-off date of June 28, 2008 in order to receive these conference rates. Reservations made after 4:00 pm on June 28, 2008 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Cancellations: Room cancellations must be made prior to 4:00 pm on the date of arrival otherwise, the first night's room and tax will be charged to the individual's credit card.
