The hotel will honor our conference rate of $85.00 as long as rooms are available. Please identify yourself as a TAHPERD attendee.

This hotel is right next door to the Omni on the same side of I-10. For those attendees who want to ride the shuttle to the River Walk on Monday night, all they have to do is walk next door to the Omni and catch it.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made before 12:00 noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid one night’s room and tax being applied to the credit card or forfeiture of the deposit.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the hotel’s open parking lot.

Airport Shuttle Service: Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the San Antonio Airport from 6:00 a.m. – Midnight .

All reservations must be made by the cut-off date of Friday, June 19, 2009 in order to receive these conference rates. Reservations made after June 19, 2009 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

Hotel Occupancy Tax is currently 16.75%
