Hotel Cancellation: All cancellations must be made by
3:00pm prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a one
night stay charge. Guests checking out prior to confirmed
departure date will be charged an early departure fee of
50% of one night’s confirmed room rate.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available
in the hotel’s open parking lot.
Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 12:00 pm
All reservations must be made by the cut-off date of
December 29, 2011 in order to receive these conference rates. Reservations made after December 29, 2011 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
